讲座内容简介:

In the analysis of blow up behavior in various parabolic PDE problems, a rescaling near blow up points leads to some ancient solution problems. Hence a Liouville theorem is usually very useful in the study of blow up behavior. In this talk I will discuss a parabolic MEMS problem and a Liouville theorem for ancient solutions to this problem, as well as some applications of this Liouville theorem. This is based on a joint work with Ke Wu.

主讲人简介:

王克磊,武汉大学教授、主要研究椭圆与抛物型偏微分方程,尤其是非线性偏微分方程的几何与定性性质。他在偏微分方程的奇异扰动理论及相关的自由边界问题的研究中,取得了若干具有国际影响力的研究结果,在Comm. Pure Appl. Math., J. Eur. Math. Soc., Trans. Amer. Math. Soc., Adv. Math., J. Differential Equations等数学期刊上发表学术论文四十余篇,并在Springer出版社出版一本英文专著。
